Holidays at the Hill LogoHolidays at the Hill returns to Noblesville's Federal Hill Commons for the 2021-2022 Holiday Season!

Many of the favorite holiday attractions return this year, including the ice skating rink, walking light tour, carriage rides, and holiday market.

The temporary ice rink, with real ice, will open at 11 a.m. Saturday, November 20 and will close for the season on January 9, 2022. The 56-foot by 100-foot ice rink, will be located at the Market Plaza at Federal Hill Commons. 

Holidays at the Hill will include lighting installations in the event lawn, a warming shelter, and food and drink trucks, in addition to the Ice Plaza. Other activities include:

  • Families can reserve a unique, private 15-minute carriage ride through downtown Noblesville for $75 or a carriage ride with Santa for $125. Sponsored by Bailey and Wood Financial Group, carriage rides can seat up to six adults and three to five children on adults’ laps (Santa rides seat five adults and three to five children on adults' laps). Each ride includes only one group and must be reserved in advance online (registration opens at Noon on Friday, Nov. 12, 2021).
  • A free Walking Light Tour will include light displays and photo opportunities.
  • Shop local artisans and enjoy delicious treats at this year's Holiday Market from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday, December 4. 

While Santa will not be available as part of the Holidays at the Hill festivities, children are invited to drop off letters with their holiday wishes to Santa at a special mailbox at the Christmas Cottage. Santa will be checking the mailbox to read the letters from the children. Residents interested in learning more about the Home for the Holidays Tour routes may visit
